How do I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact our team, quoting your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes, you can add our sustainable gift packaging to your order at checkout. You can also add a personalised gift note to your order too. Please note, additional charges will apply.

Returns & Exchange

You are able to return your order to us in its original and unworn condition within 28 days of receipt. We will either send out replacement goods if you would like an exchange or refund you the purchase price.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

Can I return an item which was not ordered directly from MOA - London?

No, any MOA-London pieces purchased from our wholesale partners must be returned directly to the store you purchased from.
